How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
For all 14kt yellow and 14kt white gold jewelry, please allow 1-2 business days (M-Sat) for creation (Rings with engraving please allow an extra 3 days creation). All items indicate the production time in the product descriptions. Shipping generally takes 1-2 days with our Express Shipping and 2-5 days with our free insured shipping option depending where you are located and the shipping schedules in your area.

If Your Shipping to an Address Other Than the Billing Address
Because if the high fraud orders we receive, any orders shipping to addresses other than the billing address may need to be verified after your purchase. We do apologize for this, but when a person's credit card is used in a fraudulant order, the credit card company does not pay for the loss, the merchant does. When we do catch a fraud order, we contact the local police, file a report with the FBI and the contact original card holder to let them know their card has been compromised.

How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry plus you will receive a tracking number to be able to track your jewelry. They will be shipped in our very popular jewelry boxes (Local Favorite!) directly from our jewelry store (pictured below).



Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom online, but there is a $15.00 charge for shipping (non-overnight) to Canada, a $20.00 charge for shipping to the UK, and a $25 charge to Australia; and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. Please email or call us at 1-800-348-4499 for other shipping destinations. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs brokerage fees and taxes imposed by your government, for which you will be responsible.

Do you Ship to the Military?
We highly support our military so we happily accept out-of-country orders from the military for USA shipping as we get many orders from the US military Please email us with any questions. Shipping to A.P.O requires extra time as express mail is not supported.

Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 31 days to return your item in the original condition. Returns will only be charged for postage. We cannot accept returns or cancel orders once placed on platinum or engraved items once that item is ordered on our website.

If you do not need to return the item, but just change the stones around or you may have ordered the wrong birthstone, we can reset them for you at a minimal charge and the difference in birthstone cost.

Do your Items have a Guarantee?
There is a six month guarantee on all craftsmanship. We will be happy to work closely with you to make sure you are very happy with your item.
