We Offer Free Overnight Shipping Now! This is done via USPS with additional insurance to protect your jewelry.
Is there Sales Tax on my Order?
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana. We are located in Crown Point, IN and are required to pay taxes on anything shipped within the state.
How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
For all 14kt yellow and 14kt white gold jewelry, please allow 1-2 business days (M-Sat) for creation (Rings with engraving please allow an extra 3 days creation). Shipping generally takes 1-2 days with our free Overnight Shipping option depending where you are located and the shipping schedules in your area.
How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. They will be shipped in our very popular red & white jewelry boxes (Local Favorite!).
Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship to Canada, Australia and the UK online, but there is a $15.00 charge for shipping (non-overnight) and it can take 7-10 business days to arrive after the item is shipped. Please email or call us at 1-800-348-4499 for other shipping destinations. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for.
We highly support our military so we happily accept out-of-country orders from the military for USA shipping as we get many orders from the US military. Please email us with any questions.
Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. We are unable to accept returns from jewelry with the engraving option. There is a 25% fee to cover our labor costs as each piece of jewelry is custom made just for you!
If you do not need to return the item, but just change the stones around or you may have ordered the wrong birthstone, we can reset them for you.
Do your Items have a Guarantee?
There is a 90 day guarantee on all craftmanship. We will be happy to work with you to make sure you are very happy with your item.
