Please note that each item takes 7-10 days to create (we personally create each ring in house before it is shipped) before it is shipped out. Keep in mind we are closed Sunday and Monday.
Free Insured Shipping (Signature Required)
Free shipping is given on any size purchase! This is done via USPS with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. You will also be required to sign for your package, so you can be assured that your package will arrive safe in your hands.
Overnight Insured Shipping (Signature Required)
If you need your item quickly, we also offer Overnight Insured Shipping. The cost is only $24.95+ and this is available for the USA. You will also be required to sign for your package, so you can be assured that your package will arrive safe in your hands.
If Your Shipping to an Address Other Than the Billing Address
Because if the high fraud orders we receive, any orders shipping to addresses other than the billing address may need to be verified after your purchase. We do apologize for this, but when a person's credit card is used in a fraudulant order, the credit card company does not pay for the loss, the merchant does. When we do catch a fraud order, we contact the local police, file a report with the FBI and the contact original card holder to let them know their card has been compromised.
Is there Sales Tax on my Order?
A 7% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana. We are located in Crown Point, IN and are required to pay taxes on anything shipped within the state.
How long will it take for my Shipment to Arrive?
For most sterling silver, 14kt yellow, 14kt white gold and 18kt yellow gold, please allow 7-10 days for creation before it is shipped. Shipping generally takes 2-5 days with our free insured shipping and 1-2 days for delivery with our overnight shipping depending where you are located and the shipping schedules in your area.
How will my Items be Shipped?
All of our jewelry is shipped via the United States Postal service with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. They will be shipped in our very popular jewelry boxes, a local favorite! You will also be required to sign for your package, so you can be assured that your package will arrive safe in your hands.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally to over 75 countries. You can select the countries available in our checkout. Shipping rates differ for each country and are displayed with shipping times. Free shipping is not available outside of the USA. With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for. Many times it doesn't happen, but it is something to budget for.
Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. We will refund the amount paid minus our actual shipping cost and gift wrapping if chosen. There is a 20% restocking fee on platinum and engraved items. If you have questions, please call us at 800-348-4499 .
Do you have a Guarantee?
We offer a 6 month warranty on all craftsmanship. We will replace missing stones as long as the condition of the mounting does not indicate that the loss was from damage to the gold.
